Doctorlab is the brand name under which Conasphere Technologies Private Limited ("Conasphere", "we", "us", or "our") provides an online platform (website and mobile application) that enables users to search, book, pay for, and manage diagnostic tests, health check-up packages, home sample collection, and related services from partnered diagnostic laboratories ("Lab Partners").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Doctorlab platform ("Platform"), including any content, functionality, and services offered. By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform (including booking any service), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies/guidelines we publish. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform independently. For users under 18, verifiable parental/guardian consent is required per DPDP Act guidelines.
1.2 You represent that all information provided (e.g., during registration or booking) is accurate, complete, and current.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
2.1 You may need to create an account with a valid mobile number/email and OTP verification.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
2.3 You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of any law.
- Impersonate any person or provide false information.
- Interfere with the Platform's operation (e.g., hacking, viruses).
- Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
- Book services fraudulently or for resale/commercial purposes without authorization.
3. Booking & Services
3.1 The Platform allows searching and booking diagnostic tests/packages from Lab Partners, scheduling home collection or lab visits, and viewing reports.
3.2 All diagnostic services (sample collection, testing, reporting) are provided solely by the selected Lab Partner. Doctorlab does not own, operate, or control Lab Partners and is not liable for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or outcome of tests/reports.
3.3 Pricing displayed is as provided by Lab Partners (inclusive of taxes, home collection fees where applicable). Doctorlab may charge a convenience/service fee (disclosed at checkout).
3.4 Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. You must provide accurate details (e.g., address, fasting status, symptoms if required).
3.5 Cancellations/Modifications:
- User-initiated cancellations before sample collection may be eligible for refund per our Cancellation & Refund Policy (linked below).
- Lab Partners may cancel/reschedule due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., technical issues); we will notify you and assist with alternatives/refunds.
4. Payments
4.1 All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We do not store full card/CVV details.
4.2 You authorize us to charge the displayed amount (including any taxes/fees).
4.3 Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within [7-15] working days, subject to gateway/Lab Partner policies.
5. Reports & Health Information
5.1 Test reports are uploaded by Lab Partners and made available on your account. Reports are for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
5.2 Consult a qualified doctor for interpretation and next steps. Doctorlab/Lab Partners are not liable for any reliance on reports.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by Doctorlab or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose.
7.2 We are not liable for:
- Any errors/inaccuracies in test results or reports.
- Delays, non-performance, or negligence by Lab Partners.
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of services.
- Indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
7.3 Our total liability (if any) is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conasphere Technologies Private Limited (operating as Doctorlab), its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Termination
9.1 We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse, or legal requirements, without notice or liability.
9.2 You may stop using the Platform at any time.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here with the revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Significant changes may be notified via email/app.
12. Miscellaneous
- No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., pandemics, strikes).
- Entire Agreement: These Terms (along with Privacy Policy and other linked policies) constitute the full agreement.
- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
